Closes: #8630

Description

Change Payments Menu Title to "Payments".

Testing instructions

Go to the Payments Menu in the Menu tab and verify that the new title is "Payments", not "In-Person Payments".

Screenshots

  • I have considered if this change warrants user-facing release notes and have added them to RELEASE-NOTES.txt if necessary.
